Follow-up service
It’s the follow up service offered by ValCom that keeps businesses coming back to the company when they are ready to update their systems. Knowing the plans of a company allows ValCom to make application of new technology to that company’s needs. Also knowing a company’s intended direction enables ValCom to select equipment that can be easily upgraded in the future.

Turnaround Time
When a customer calls up we try to respond immediately. We have two full-time technicians--one in-house and one on the road. The technicians carry parts with them for the quickest service we can provide. Most service calls are to upgrade-increasing memory size or increasing hard drive size, and not necessarily concerning things that are broken.

Valcom is dedicated to providing on above and beyond service. If a client wants something the next day, it’s not uncommon for a service technician to be a the company working at 2 a.m.
